To encourage talented students, various talent search scholarship schemes are being run by the Education Department of NDMC for the students studying in class IV, V, & VIII. |

Various scholarships are granted to SC/ST/OBC students by Directorate of Education Scholarship Branch Delhi as given below. |

Pre - Matric Scholarships to other backward class (OBC) students from class I to X. |

Pre - Matric Scholarships to Minority students of class I to X. |

Post - Matric Scholarships for students of Minority Communities. |

Post - Matric Scholarships S/C, S/T, OBC Students for class XI - XII. |

Welfare Schemes:
The incentives under welfare schemes are provided to all the students including SC/ST students of NDMC Schools. These welfare schemes are: - |

Free Books to all students from Class Nursery to VIII. |

Uniform subsidy in double capacity provided to all students with following details
i. Nursery to V : Rs. 700x2 = Rs.1400
ii. VI to VIII: Rs. 900x2=Rs. 1800
iii. IX to XII: Rs. 1000x2= Rs. 2000
from Class Nursery to XII in NDMC/NDMC aided schools |

Cash prizes are given to students of X and XII on the basis of their performance in Board Examinations. |
d. |
Scholorship of Rs. 500/- and above in X class examinaation in CBSE pattern for all girl students for 2 years. |

All girls of classes IX to XII studying in NDMC school are exempted from paying any fund. |

No School Bags:
All students of Nursery & class I will not carry their bags to their homes. Their books will be kept in the classrooms. |

Book Bank:
A book bank will be set up in all Secondary and Sr. Secondary Schools where books of classes IX to XII will be provided for the poor students whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 4000/- p.m. in case of Boy students and Rs.5000/- p.m. in case of Girl students. |
