Main Service Centre : To attend the complaints of main lines pertaining to no water low pressure, contamination, leakages, broken pipelines, getting supplies form DJB sources etc
Distribution Service Centre : To attend the complaints of distribution lines, water hydrants, cleaning/replacement of water meters, etc
Complaints of bore wells, pumps, pumping stations
Complaints of no water, contamination. Leakages, broken pipeline, hand pumps
Complaints of hand pumps, repair and testing of water meters, Civil Maintenance of Water Boosting Stations.
Complaint of sewer overflow, sewer blockage, broken manhole, manhole cover missing etc.
