Compounding Charges |
Deviations from the limit of Coverage/FAR with maximum extent of 5% of permissible Coverage/FAR. Subject to maximum of 13.5 Sq. Mtr. in Residential plotted development are compoundable at the time of grant of Completion Certificate @ prevailing L&DO notified land rate. For deviations from the sanctioned plans, which do not affect the covered area/FAR, Compounding Charges are leviable as per Appendix 'Q' of Building Bye-Laws, 1983. |

For Sucking additional FAR over and above Gazette Notification dated 23.07.1998 shall be charged at the rates notified with the approval of Govt. from time to time. |
