Set of Plans

 

Once the proposal is approved, the soft copy of the approved drawings shall be converted into PDF document. These documents shall be printed on the prescribed formats and shall be signed by the Architect/Owner and Officer of Building Plans Section.

FEES/CHARGES FOR SANCTIONING OF

 

Plan Submission Fee for sanctioning of Plans & Completion Plans separately.

 

@ Re. 1/- per Sq. Mtr. of covered area

Revalidation Fee

 

25 % of Plan submission fee

Stacking Charges

 

Rs. 2/- per Sq. Mtr. For covered area for Plot areas less than 418 Sq. Meter No stacking charges are leviable for plot of size above 418 Sq.Mtr area. However an undertaking not to stack building material on government land on prescribed proforma is to be submitted. In case of default, stacking charges and penalty shall be levied..

Security deposit for removal of Malba from Municipal Land

 

Rs. 5/- per sq. meter for plot area of all sizes.

Betterment Charges

@ Rs. 450/- per Sq. Mtr. on total covered area of Barsati/Second/Third Floor on plotted Residential development. Betterment Charges if any paid earlier are adjustable.

Levy on additional FAR vide MUA&E 
letter dt. 25.9.98

Rs. 450/- per Sq. Mtr. on additional FAR sanctioned in plotted residential development and group housing projects. 10% surcharge is to be levied for regularisation of additional FAR constructed already without prior sanction

Compounding Charges

Deviations from the limit of Coverage/FAR with maximum extent of 5% of permissible Coverage/FAR. Subject to maximum of 13.5 Sq. Mtr. in Residential plotted development are compoundable at the time of grant of Completion Certificate @ prevailing L&DO notified land rate. For deviations from the sanctioned plans, which do not affect the covered area/FAR, Compounding Charges are leviable as per Appendix 'Q' of Building Bye-Laws, 1983.

Betterment Leavy As Per MPD 2021 Norms

For Sucking additional FAR over and above Gazette Notification dated 23.07.1998 shall be charged at the rates notified with the approval of Govt. from time to time.
