to make new public streets.
205.
The Chairperson may at any time with the previous sanction of the Council, -
a)
lay
out and make new public streets;
b)
construct
bridges and sub-ways;
c)
turn
or divert any existing public street; and
d)
lay down
and determine the position and direction of a street or streets in any part of
New Delhi notwithstanding that no proposal for the erection of any building in
the vicinity has been received.
