1) I hereby declare that the premises ___________________________ for which the NDMC has raised a Demand of Rs.________________ for the year__________________is owned by me in my individual capacity and is in my exclusive use and occupation for residential purposes and is not owned by a company, Firm or an institution and is not used as Guest House or By a Director or Partner or Employee of such Company, firm or Employee.

2) This is to certify that I am not staying outside Delhi and I am not keeping the premises locked and I am aware that no rebate is admissible on such property.

3) It is further certified that no property tax in respect of the above premises for the period ending of 31.03.__________ is out standing or that the tax demand due for the period ending 31.03________ is also being paid with this bill.
