Change of Trade

Application procedure for change of trade: the change of trade is only permitted in r/o tehbazari holders that too from non-licensable to non-licensable. Any tehbazari holders can approach this office with a simple application for change of trade.

Change of trade from non-licensable items to non-licensable items is allowed in open tehbazari only.

Application procedure for subletting or Legal Heir. Subletting is not allowed; the transfer on legal heir basis is allowed.
