DEFINITION OF INCOME:- The income to be given above shall be the same as is computed for income tax purposes after allowing exemption of TA, LTC, HRA (to the extent allowed under rules) but without allowing any deduction such as standard deduction G.P.F contribution, L.I.C premium, C.T.D deposits etc. Income from agricultural sources should also be included for this purpose. PROOF OF INCOME:- The proof in support of income level shall be as under:- 1. For Government employees Form-16 under I.T. Act 1961 issued by the head of department. 2. For non - government employees Certificate of the employer along with Form-16 under I.T. Act 1961. 3. For Self - employed a copy of the latest return of income field with the Income Tax Department or sales tax return. 4. Any other government documents specifying the level of income. 5. BPL below poverty line certificate, issued by Government. PROOF OF RESIDENCE:- a) Proof of residence in NDMC areas or other areas of New Delhi Parliamentary Constituency. Proof for the same may be any one containing photograph of the parent:- Electoral Identity Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License / Bank Pass Book / Electricity Bill / any Government document in support of the address. Note: - Residence criteria are not applicable to NDMC employee. Documents to be submitted at the time of submission of the form (Incomplete form will be rejected). i. An attested copy of the original birth certificate duly countersigned by Registrar Birth & Death (no affidavit will be accepted) ii. An attested copy of SC/St or Handicapped certificate is applicable. iii. If the school last attended is one of the school of NDMC attach a certificate duly stamped to the effect from the Headmaster / Head Mistress concerned. iv. A certificate signed by the Employer / Head of office / Drawing and Disbursing Officer stating total income of the parents in the previous financial year. This is to be submitted by the salaried class. v. A certified copy of the Income Tax Return filed with the Income Tax Department in support of income in the previous financial year from all other sources (including agriculture). In case no individual return was required to be filed by the parents, an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- sworn before a class-I magistrate stating details of total income from all sources in the previous financial year is to be submitted. Note:- 1. 70% seats are reserved for lower income group i.e. category ‘A’. 2. 30% seats are reserved for higher income group i.e. category ‘B’. 3. Double registration is not allowed. 4. Migration from one branch to another is strictly prohibited. AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED BY THE PARENT / GUARDIAN i. I have acquainted myself with the general rules and regulations of the school and I promise to abide by these as well as by the modifications of these rules as and when affected. ii. I bind myself to submit to the school rules in all respect and accept that they may be changed from time to time. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal will be binding on me. iii. In accordance with rules of the school, I undertake, accept and authorize participation of my ward in games and sports / tours, trips expeditions, rock climbing mountaineering and social work. iv. I hereby agree to hold the school indemnified against all claims arising through illness, accidents or any other cause. v. I also authorize the Principal and through him/her staff (teaching & non-teaching) to act as local parents of my ward while he/she is in the school or on tours, trips and expeditions etc. vi. I bind myself to any penalty that may be fixed by the Principal in case of any information given in the form is found incorrect at any time. vii. I bind myself to any penalty that may be fixed by the Principal in case of my ward’s indiscipline action. viii. I understand that School Buses ply in NDMC area; however, I am aware that transportation will not be the responsibility of the school.
