Due to mechanical fault for toeing arrangements in truck or tankers/shortage of water in area and unforeseen conditions beyond the control of NDMC booking of water tankers/trolleys can be cancelled without any notice. However, if the position of water supply is satisfactory, water can be supplied through tankers in containers to be arranged by the applicant.

The tanker/trolley will be parked at the risk and responsibility of the applicant and theft or damage caused to the vehicle/trolley shall be recoverable from the applicant.

The tanker/trolley will be parked in clear and clean place and should be no difficulty for Municipal vehicle to lift the trollies.

4. |
Safety of the trolley at site will be the responsibility of the consumer till it is lifted back from the site by NDMC.

Application for booking will be accepted in room No. 232 on all working days between 9 AM to 1 PM sharp and not earlier than 15 days from the date of requirement of water trolley/tanker.

6. |
For supply, applicant must confirm from office/Control Room, NDMC one day before the schedule date of water supply of trolley/tanker after depositing the amount into Cash Branch.

7. |
Supply of water trolley/tanker will be made only after showing the original cash receipt after depositing the amount into Cash Branch by the applicant to the booking clerk. In case of failure to do so, no claim for the refund will be entertained.

8. |
It would be ensured that water shall be used for drinking purposes and would not be allowed to go waste.
