The Chairperson may prevent the entry in any market and shall expel therefrom, any person suffering from any dangerous disease, who sells or exposes for sale therein any article or who, not having purchased the same handles any article exposed for sale therein; and the may expel therefrom any person who is creating a disturbance therein.
