Information for booking/ availability of Barat Ghar
|
Within 5 minutes on telephone No.23364019/ within 7 days if request is
in writing. Through internet NDMC website shortly

Request for booking of Barat Ghar
|
Form can be filled up by residents of NDMC area on prescribed
Performa/form available with the labour welfare department on 12th floor,
Room No. 1211, Palika Kendra and Palika Suvidha Kendra, Shahid Bhagat Singh Place, Gole Market and also on the internet. (www.ndmc.gov.in .)
Barat Ghars can also be booked in favour of non-residents, 30 days in
advance from the date of booking provided there is no application from
the residents of that particular area or area relaxation has been
specified obtained.

Security Deposit
|
Rs. 4,000/- for social booking and Rs. 6,000/- for commercial booking, Rs. 15,000/- for BIG, Kaka Nagar.

Refund of security deposit
|
Within 15 days on production of NOC from Manager(C/S)/Deputy Manager(C/S). Submission of
NOC by caretaker in 48 hrs.
Refund of security amount can be claimed by the parties within a
period of 75 days from the date of use of Barat Ghars, failing which
security amount shall stand forfeited.

Cancellation of bookings
|
100% of rent is forfeited in case of cancellation of booking except in case of Death.
