Implementation of e-Tendering System for NDMC:- NDMC has already implemented e-Procurement System w.e.f. 01/09/2008 to bring in simplification of the procedure, greater transparency and healthy competition in procurement. All the tenders above the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 2 lakhs are being done through e-procurement.
File Monitoring System: - File Monitoring System facilitates the user in order to monitor the pendency of files/receipts. It is good tool for tracking the status of any file/receipt, status updation, opening /movement of files.
Installation of IP based CCTV:- The work for Installation of IP based CCTV at Palika Kendra, Palika Parking, Central Park and Palika Bazar has been completed.
GIS:- GIS project is being done very closely with DSSDI Project for implementing transparency in administration through the inputs of GIS Technology. Roads and Streets Topographical Physical and Digital Photographic Survey (RSTDS) in NDMC area, New Delhi is under progress.
Implementation of IVRS: - The registration of citizens complaints through Call Centre from Control Room, NDMC, Palika Kendra will be functional & starts working very shortly.
Computerization of old Birth & Death records :- The old Birth & Death records (approx. 9 Lakhs) from 1982 to 2008 have been computerized for Health Department. The computerization of old Birth & Death records (approx. 11 Lakhs) from 1928 to 1981 is under progress. Eleven hospitals are connected online with NDMC and submitting online B&D records.
Services provided to the Citizens through Web Portal :- Citizens can pay their respective bills through payment gateway. The citizens can apply online & check the status of their application forms on NDMC Web Portal.
Services provided to the contractors: NDMC is paying payments to the Contractors directly in their bank accounts through RTGS using e-Finance – Online Accounting System.
Operational Automation Systems: - Implementation of Operational Automation Systems for Power, Commercial & Electricity Department is under progress.
Educational Integration Project: - Implementation of Educational Integration Project (EIP) for NDMC schools is under progress.
Smart cards based e-Governance Solution : - Implementation of Smart cards based e-Governance Solution for NDMC employees is under progress.
Web based Building Plan Approval System: - Implementation of Web based Building Plan Approval System is under progress.
Digitization of building plan documents:-Digitization of building plan documents of Chief Architect & other departments are under progress.
Basic level training:-Basic level training to NDMC employees is also in progress.
