MEDICAL SERVICES

As per the NDMC Act, 1994 Chapter-III of the clause XI the obligatory functions of the council are;

Public Vaccination and Inoculation:

Establishment and maintenance of hospitals, dispensaries, maternity and child welfare centers and the carrying out of other measures necessary for public medical relief:

The maintenance including the expansion and upgradation of facilities of the hospitals existing on the date of commencement of this Act:

NDMC assure health care facilities to its employees and citizens working/residing in its jurisdiction through

Charak Palika Hospital , Moti Bagh (150 Beds) 26117879, 24671901, 24671109

i) Casualty- round the clock

ii) Indoor treatment – round-the-clock

iii)Admission through casualty/OPD

iv)Emergency Pathology/Radiology services – round-the-clock

v) OPD – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all week days (Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.) Registration timing: 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Saturdays 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

i) OPD registration slip charges Re. 1/- (valid for one calendar year)

 

i)Specialist services in Cardiology/ Medicine, Surgery, Eye, ENT, Paediatrics, Gynac, Orthopedics, Dental, Physiotherapy, Pathology, Thallasemia and Radiology with ECHO and Ultrasound facilities

ii) Funeral Van Services-round the clock – Charges @ Rs. 3/- per kilometer (Minimum Charges Rs. 30/- only)

iii) Three Air-conditioned private rooms are available @ Rs. 500/- per day.

vi) Family Welfare – all days

vii) Immunisation – BCG, Oral Polio Vaccine ‘O’, DPT, MMR, Hepatitis “B’, Vitamin ‘A’ (Wednesday & Saturday)

viii) Measles – Friday only
