SUB:   Pre-qualification notice for Sound & Stage Lighting System

 

            New Delhi Municipal Council proposes to pre-qualify reputed and capable contractors for supply / installation of Auditorium Sound & Stage Lighting Systems of Convention Centre at NDCC Phase-II,  Sansad Marg New Delhi. The estimated cost of the work is Rs.75 lacs. (approx.) and the time allowed for execution shall be 90 days.

 

The contractors must satisfy the following conditions: 

 

1.         The contractor should have completed at least one single order    costing Rs.75 lacs or more         during the last 3 preceding years.

 

2.         The annual turnover should be Rs.100 lacs or more.

 

            The contractors specializing in the above works and having earlier experience of handling similar works may apply giving following details:

 

a)         Type of Organization (Public Ltd. / Pvt. Ltd. / Partnership / Proprietor).

b)         Relevant documents stating legal status of the firm.

c)         After sales service at Delhi (Yes / No.)

d)         Technical Manpower.

e)         Bio-data of Technical personnel.

f)          Details of Owned workshop and equipments.

g)         List of similar works executed during last 7 years (75% and above of the estimated value

             of this project).

h)         List of items / works, you wish to carry out through sub-contractors.  

i)          Performance certificates from previous Clients and Architects.

j)          List of works in hand.

k)         List of Arbitration cases, if any.

l)          Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate.

m)        Bankers name & address.

n)         Audited balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/c., and statement of turnover for last three years.

 

            The application may be sent to the Ex. Engineer (E) C-V, New Delhi Municipal Council, 18^th floor, Room No.1802, Palika Kendra, New Delhi -110001, till 3.00 PM on 12-01-2007.

 

            The information furnished shall be kept confidential.

 

            NDMC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.

 

            The application shall be submitted in duplicate in a sealed cover superscribed “Pre-qualification of Contractors for Sound & Stage Lighting System of Convention Centre, NDCC Phase-II, New Delhi”.
