2. Copy of sanction letter for construction of the building from Chief Architect, NDMC
3. Copy of work award letter along with recommendatory letter from owner of building

Marriage

1. Request on prescribed forms
2. Wedding card
3. Photocopy of electricity bill
4. Copy of permission letter from land owning agency

Exhibitions and Other Such Functions

1. Request on prescribed forms
2. Function card, if any
3. Copy of permission letter of land owning agency
4. NOC from Architect Department, NDMC
5. Police permission
6. Chief Fire Officer's permission

Religious Places

1. Request on prescribed form
2. Proof of existence prior to 1993
3. Undertaking that premises will not be used for commercial purpose
4. Undertaking that premises is not under litigation
