ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT

SANCTION FOR PERMANENT ELECTRICITY CONNECTION

1. Request on prescribed application forms.

2. Copy of rent receipt (if any).

3. Copy of lease deed, flat buyer agreement, transfer duty receipt and house tax receipt.

4. NOC of owner of premises (if legal occupant).

5. Copy of completion certificate/completion plan of the building/valid temporary occupation certificate.

6. Copy of health license if load required for licensable trade.

7. Documents for load justification.

8. Indemnity bond on Rs.10/- non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Notary for any addition to alternation in the building.

9. Under taking on Rs. 2/- non-judicial paper for payment of outstanding electricity bills.

10. Copies of existing electricity bills if any.
