COMPLAINTS AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES

Complaints are attended by following :-

1.

Discrepancies in consumption

The above mentioned officers attend to complaints of various consumers from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3pm to 4.30 pm every day.

If a grievance is not attended to in a reasonable time, one can meet Executive Engineer (Commercial) at Mezzanine Floor or Chief Engineer (E&C) at 17th Floor between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on any working day.
