1.	Supply of water through water tanker	Within three hours of complaint if there is failure of water supply
2.	Water trolley booking for marriages/ other functions	02 to 15 days before date of function

For Water Supply, NDMC Area is divided into Three Zones

ZONE- I

Jurisdiction : Area south of Rajpath upto Willingdon Crescent, P. M. House, South Avenue, Bungalow Area, Lodhi Colony, Jor Bagh, Golf Links, Bharti Nagar, Ravinder Nagar, Khan Market, Lodhi Estate, Bapa Nagar, Kaka Nagar.

Citizens may contact the above mentioned Zonal Offices/ Service Centres for complaints of low water pressure, leakage, defect in distribution lines and replacement of water meter.
