WATER CONNECTION
1. Supply of water through water tanker
Within three hours of complaint if there is failure of water supply
2. Booking of Water trolley for marriages/ other functions
2 to 15 days before the date of function
For water supply, NDMC is divided into three zones
ZONE – I

Citizens may contact the above-mentioned Zonal Offices/Service Centres for complaints of low water pressure, leakage, defect in distribution lines and replacement of water meter.
CONTROL ROOM:
The water supply CONTROL ROOM at Kali Bari Marg (23743642, 23360683) attends to complaints round-the-clock. In case of break down or serious problem, water is rushed through tankers.
WATER TROLLEYS:
Water trolleys are provided for marriages and other functions for Rs.450/- each. Consumers are advised to book their requirements 15 days in advance with the Executive Engineer (W/S), Room No.231, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Place between 3.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. or Kali Bari Marg, Control Room.
WATER CONNECTION:
1. Consumers have to apply on prescribed proforma available free of cost at Room No.202, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Place, Gole Market, New Delhi. The performa is also available on NDMC website.
2. The consumer will be informed about deficiencies in the application within one week from receipt of the application.
3. After receipt of complete documents, examination of feasibility, and other necessary formalities (viz. NOC from Architect Department/ Estate Department/ Enforcement Department), the consumer will be informed regarding sanction/refusal within one to three months.
