Any Construction
be carried out strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plans, any
unauthorised construction disregard of the sanctioned plans are liable to
be sealed/demolished under the provisions of NDMC Act, 1994. Persons
purchasing or taking such properties on hire will be doing the same at
their own risk.

How to Deposit
Fees & Other Charges

1.

Obtain Challan (in duplicate) from Building Clerk,
(12th Floor, Palika Kendra).
|
|
2.
|
Deposit the amount by Cash/Bank Draft/Pay Order
between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cash Counter (Ground Floor, Palika Kendra).
|
|
3.
|
Collect owner's copy of the challan receipt.
|
|
4.
|
Submit the copy of paid challan to building clerk or
show the original challan duty paid.
|
|
|

Meet Architects/Deputy Chief Architect/Chief Architect
between 3.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday.
